Chelsea Danae CMT, FST, E-RYT 500, YACEP

“ I stepped foot on my yoga mat in 2007, which after one class started a life-changing journey. Coming from an unhealthy, inactive lifestyle, and overall lack of confidence in my self-presence, yoga for me has opened the doors for wellbeing and mindful awareness. Over the years my practice and teaching have evolved from seeing yoga as just a physical practice to something much deeper and meaningful to my body and mind. I invite you to join me in the journey.”

Chelsea is an E-RYT 500 hour yoga instructor with an emphasis on biomechanics, anatomy, and movement science. She is also a certified massage therapist and offers fascial stretch therapy (FST) in the Inland Empire. Her unique approach to movement increases strength and range of motion through deliberate and progressive yoga instruction. She has been greatly influenced by her teacher Jules Mitchell through her years of training. Chelsea is passionate about helping others feel great about themselves and encourages everyone to do yoga. She desires that every student will become empowered to develop a practice that is truly their own. Her message to you: “It doesn’t matter where you start, rather where you go.”
