Chelsea specializes in helping you uncover body blind spots that cause pain, address postural issues and enhance everyday movement through a combination of yoga, general fitness, resistance stretching, and massage therapy to help you succeed.

Chelsea offers a full service experience at her home studio in Redlands, CA. Semi-privates considered on a case-by-case basis. Private yoga sessions are 55 minuets.
